The Mexican vehicle population grew 70.5% from 1991 to 2001 and now possesses a thriving and rapidly growing vehicle population of more than 20 million vehicles. Additionally, the Mexican vehicle population average age is 20% higher than that of the U.S. vehicle population, which leads to more replacement cycles for parts and greater demands for ignition wire sets.
